We saw Marisa and Erena the other week for a trip to Ham House, and while we were there Marisa handed me a copy of her latest book. You’ve got a copy, right? Well, flip to page 247 and there I am making guest appearance in unit 10: “Making an appointment with a GP”. Fame at last! Thank you Marisa. I’ve really enjoyed the Olympics (so far) and today decided to go and take a look at the London 2012 proposition. Whilst I was there I discovered the Support Us section, and so have added my name to their collection of interested parties.

According to Guardian Unlimited, The British arm of Ilford, one of the most famous names in black-and-white photography, has been forced into administration. Ilford has the lion share of the global black and white market, and is suffering, this doesn’t bode well for the other players.

I’ve had a few spare browsing moments at work today so I’ve been catching up on some favourite spots. Through Black and White Photography I found Animals on the Underground. I can’t decide whether I like the fish or the dog the best.

I’ve been following the Olympics when I’ve had a few spare moments at home, but had been failing to find any online coverage to listen to at work. Fortunately, today, Eurosport came to my rescue and so I’m now able to listen to Team GB’s progress.

Alex’s posting on Brighton new media alerted me to the
Coffee FAQ. The section on growing your own coffee trees is probably taking the coffee thing a little too seriously for my liking.

Paul spotted the Hotspot bloom at engadget. What a fantastic gadget, it looks so much better than most of the alternative hotspot finders.
