The Tray Game

This is one that you can make yourself. Place some objects on a tray, give yourself 10-20 seconds to remember all the items on the tray, then cover the tray and try to remember all the items that are under the cover. To keep the game interesting, keep adding more items on each round.


It relies on your working memory, as you’re mentally placing numbers on a grid as well as keeping past and future number choices in mind. Unfortunately, once you get too good at the game it stops being a challenge. Take a break grids every now and then in order to keep it challenging.
